How to Order

Ordering your customized products from Crafts Unit is simple. Follow these steps from choosing your product to receiving your order.

Browse Our Products

Explore our products and find the item you want to customize. You can browse by collection or search to find a specific product.

By Collection

Explore by collection to quickly find the type of product you're looking for.

By Filters

Use filters such as product category, material, color, or other options to narrow down your choices.

Create Your Order

Select, Customize & Preview

You can also adjust the position and size of your text or image, then preview your mockup all on the same page itself.

You can choose from our available options, and personalize your product with your text, design image, or logo.

Add to cart

Once satisfied with customization add the product to your cart.
If you want more of the same product but in different customization (like text or image), you can customize the same product again and add to cart.

Review & Checkout

Make sure to Sign-in to our store, review your cart and enter the delivery details to submit your order. No payment is required at this stage.
If you made a mistake and like to cancel the order, please contact us or respond to us during the approval stage.

Paying Your Order

Discuss & Approve

Our team will review your requirements and prepare the final mockup. Discuss any questions with us (via WhatsApp or email) and approve the design when you're happy with it.

Make Payment

View your payment link of your ongoing order in Your Profile > Orders.

Select your order you need to pay.

Click the "Pay Now" button in order status to be redirected to the payment page.
Once your payment is complete you have confirmed your order for production, at that stage you cant cancel your order. Read our Refund policy to know more.

Recieve Your Product

Keep an eye on your order status from your Crafts Unit account as it moves through production and is out for delivery. Once it's ready, you will receive your product by 1 - 2 days based on your location.
